I’m excited to join the team at Barfoot & Thompson Blockhouse Bay as a Property Management Assistant. I look forward to using my experience and enthusiasm to assist clients and support property management efforts with the same dedication and passion that I’ve applied in all my previous roles.

Originally from India, I established my career here in New Zealand with a strong academic foundation in Applied Management. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across sales, customer service and administration, which has given me a well-rounded skill set. These experiences have helped me develop excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, allowing me to thrive in customer-facing roles and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Most recently, I worked as a Property Manager, where I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. This role required attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle various tasks while ensuring tenants were satisfied and properties were well-maintained.

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, I’m able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that communication is clear and that each individual feels heard and valued.

I’m passionate about continuous professional development and am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in the property management field.
