I have lived and worked in the Pakuranga, Howick and Flat Bush area for 45 years. For the last 15 years, I have owned a successful small business. This has given me excellent communication skills and the ability to take a client from the start as an initial lead through to a satisfactory end result with great confidence.
When relating to people, I understand the many different cultures in Auckland city today and the varying communication techniques to achieve the best result. I have learned the art of conversational and relationship building rather than a hard-sell approach. It helps that I am comfortable with people of all ages and all walks of life.
Through my most recent business, a property improvement franchise, I have developed a good range of business contacts. When communicating with my clients, whatever suits them is fine with me. This can mean face-to-face, via email or phone. I have worked in hundreds of homes over the years and I understand how to match people with property.
My clients will benefit from my local knowledge of the market, my professional presentation and very high service levels and my ability to speak in a conversational but respectful way when discussing issues.
