I am a Facilities Manager with 14+ years experience.
I have a background in the building industry, having been a Certified Builder for 13 years prior to taking on my current role with Barfoot & Thompson City Commercial branch as Facilities Manager.
With a sound knowledge of building compliance requirements, my role sees me working closely with the Asset Managers to ensure our managed properties are meeting both the owners and tenants requirements and are up to standard. This is achieved by overseeing the daily facility management requirements and co-ordination of our service providers for reactive and preventative maintenance.
My role sees me overseeing the running of a number of centrally located properties with tenancies ranging across retail, commercial and residential, as well as properties located on the city fringes and further afield.
