"I have known Paul Studman for 10 years, when he first acted as agent for the apartment which I purchased at 7C The Pines, 75 Owens Rd, Epsom and then for the sale of my property in Remuera. At the time I was impressed with his integrity and commitment to providing service to both purchaser and seller. Ten years ago, there was a slump in the market and it took several months of Paul being in attendance at both a mid-week and weekend open home before the Remuera property was sold. Nevertheless, Paul maintained his enthusiasm and never once gave any hint that the property might not sell at a realistic price.
