#3 Individual Salesperson, Commercial, to end March 2020
Having completed one of the largest deals at Barfoot & Thompson for $49,000,000 and being ranked consistently in the top of the company's commercial salespeople since 2009, Reese Barragar is an expert in commercial sales. He has an excellent knowledge of commercial property throughout the Auckland area and has developed strong networks within the property industry.
Reese accredits his position as one of the company's top performers to his perseverance, hard work and commitment to delivering excellent service. His natural way with people combined with his business acumen has helped build and maintain many strong client relationships, and resulted in many successful outcomes.
Reese would be pleased to assist with your commercial real estate needs. Call him and let his expertise work for you.
We have known Reese for a number of years and recently had a property in the CBD which wasn't leasing, although listed with a number of agents. When we discussed this with Reese, his financial analysis of the situation and in depth knowledge of the current market trends indicated that although the asking rental was well within the market range the low interest rates meant that a prospective owner-occupier could probably afford to fund the purchase and that there was considerable interest in that sector.
So after getting a number of valuations we listed the property with Reese and let him do what he does best, deal in commercial property. We were pleasantly surprised when within a relatively short time we had multiple offers, finally settling for a price well above the listing price and considerably in advance of the most optimistic valuation.
It pays to use the best in the business.
Reese Barragar is a pleasure to deal with. After many months of searching for a suitable property, he felt that this particular space would suit our needs brilliantly. As soon as we arrived on site we realised that this property was definitely for us. From then on everything went very smoothly, our bid was presented and the transaction was realised within 7 days!
Would we recommend Reese? DEFINITELY!"
Acting as a trustee for a property trust, I was recently guided by Reese through the due diligence phase, negotiation process and successful purchase of a commercial property in Newmarket, Auckland. Right from the outset, Reese's quiet confidence, depth of knowledge of the property market and professionalism shone through, making the whole process seamless and transparent. His openness, honesty and approachability were all qualities that were complimented by his good old fashion hardworking ethic, analytical expertise and negotiation skills. No question was too big or too small for Reese, he attended to each and every one with the same efficiency, friendly manner and commitment to excellence. Whether it's your first foray into the complicated world of the commercial real estate market, or you are looking to add to your growing investment property portfolio, I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Reese's services...and he's a fellow surfer as well!Mark Norton
"I found Reese to be hardworking and a proactive commercial negotiator. Not only did he broker on my behalf to purchase an office tower off College Hill, but after we settled he leased up the remaining vacant space. Overall, I was impressed and would highly recommend Reese."Seeby Woodhouse, Voyager CEO
"Reese Barragar has recently very successfully marketed and sold our commercial property in Freemans Bay, Auckland.
Reese worked tirelessly in his endeavours to work our property, giving it the best exposure possible, targeting both residential and commercial buyers which resulted in getting us the best price at auction.
Reese has always been a pleasure to deal with - very efficient, honest, approachable and friendly. Nothing seems to phase him and this has been reflected in our closing result.
We would definitely recommend Reese to anyone looking to sell or lease their property and if the opportunity arises again, we will be looking to Reese for his expertise."
