In any one day in real estate, I might be doing any of a number of things for clients. One thing for certain, is that without buyers and sellers there would be no transactions. So finding clients is what my business is all about. Once I’ve found them, I research listings and develop a marketing plan. My goal is to secure the best possible outcome for my client.
Barfoot & Thompson was my choice of real estate company for a number of reasons. Prior to real estate, I began working in my family’s renovation business while I was still at high school. After I left school, I continued in the family business and branched out and bought myself a liquor store. Running a business was such a valuable experience. Without question, the part of the business that I liked the most was the daily interaction and variety of my customer base. Keeping customers interested was always a challenge. I tried to price items competitively across the board and on special occasions offer some ongoing specials, just to keep my customers engaged!
I grew up in South Auckland. I attended high school and upon leaving I completed my NZ Certificate of Real Estate at Unitec. Living and working in the same suburb for more than 20 years is a great way to get to know the community and its people.
Over the years I’ve built up a great circle of family and friends in Auckland. I have two very active children and a beautiful German Shephard who needs regular walking!
