About Ross Blomfield
Ross joined the Barfoot & Thompson Commercial team in 2017 as a Senior Broker in the Whangarei and Bream Bay offices.
He works alongside the Barfoot & Thompson Commercial Agency and understands his client's requirements when asked to provide commercial services and marketing throughout Northland. Ross has sold in excess of $100 million worth of real estate and has been involved in commercial transactions for 20+ years.
Ross's professional career spans 48 years and during this time he has acquired skills across a wide range of commercial properties and development management knowledge and skills which to advise in regard to investment and the prospects of investment property. He can also give comprehensive advice on property management and the key areas needed to market or manage any given commercial property successfully. This includes architectural designs, town planning, lease negotiations, contract, project management and sales contracts. Ross is a loyal advocate to his clients and is committed to achieving his client's objectives through his experiences, knowledge and hard work.
Ross represented NZ Rowing in 1973 and 1974 in Lucerne, Switzerland, and became a bronze medallist at the world championships 1974. He is a long-time husband to Mary, proud father of four adult children and has a keen interest in life.
