For me, real estate represents endless opportunities, not only for me as a salesperson, but for buyers and sellers. I love the saying, “It’s not about having the right opportunities. It’s about handling the opportunities right.” I love it because it not only highlights the need to seize moments but to also actively seek out moments and opportunity.
The fact that Barfoot & Thompson is a family-owned business, (still going strong after nearly 100 years), is testament to the strong values and successful nature of the company. They are consistently recognised for their work in the community, particularly with hospice which is close to my heart, and for being the best in the business for their size. Working with a company of this standard gives my clients and I a platform to achieve the best possible results together! Their share of the market means that one in three houses is sold by Barfoot & Thompson!
I grew up beside the ocean in the far North and my day would usually end in a stroll along the beach. When I moved to Auckland I felt most connected to the North Shore. It has all the perks of a big city but a slower coastal lifestyle is right at your fingertips to wind down at the end of a busy day. You could be meeting a friend for a coffee at Takapuna, and then find yourself walking along the beach or popping into the mall before coming home. It’s all so convenient!
I come from a big family, the youngest of seven, and I enjoy participating in community groups of all kinds.
Working in the life insurance business prior to real estate, I learned the importance of building trusted relationships with clients. Put simply, as a salesperson, I bring a positive outlook, confidence and innovation to my work. I am passionate about securing excellent outcomes for my clients and am willing to think outside the box to ensure we achieve them.
