I’ve always been interested in property. Over the past seven years I’ve bought, upgraded and on-sold six properties and purchased two rental homes. To take on a career in real estate was a great way for me to align the things I am truly passionate about – people and property – with my work life. The story of my 19 years of life in New Zealand resonates with every first home buyer and an investor. I want them to know that I will extend my knowledge and experience to help them succeed.
I’m a New Zealand qualified and registered Electrician and an Electrical Inspector. Before working in real estate I worked in the NZ building and construction industry. Through this, I gained a good knowledge of property. Running my own electrical business gave me insights into multi- tasking, managing customers and handling difficult situations. It also taught me how to manage time, money and people, no matter how complex a situation.
I have also been a lecturer at Manukau Institute of Technology which enables me to communicate at a level people prefer and understand.
Combining my passion and past experience, I possess the qualities that are essential to make a successful property salesperson. I have great negotiating and sales skills, sound financial acumen and an understanding of bank lending criteria.
I offer the added benefit of being able to speak Hindi and Gujrati should my clients require.
Contributing to my community and specific charities is something I like to include in my life. I have been contributing to UNICEF for the past seven years and I am an avid blood plasma donor. Over 65 donations and counting!
I am a person who values integrity, honesty, compassion and relationships. I aim to make the sale or purchase of every home as hassle-free as possible. I do that by providing every one of my clients with personal and friendly service. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you are thinking of selling or buying, feel free to call me, I would love to speak with you.
