About Roya Jazbani
Words that come to mind when I think about real estate - excitement, the unknown, solving problems, imagination and the art of negotiation.
It is exciting to meet new people, and initially I don't know anything about you. I ask many questions and the answers spark my imagination. Whether you are buying or selling, I create the marketing campaign. When it is nearing completion, the art of negotiating comes into play.
My career prior to real estate was in the education management field. I have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and being thorough and detail-oriented contributes to a stress-free process for my clients.
In my spare time, I collect New Zealand pottery and glass, I love watching movies and I work for the Citizens Advice Bureau as a volunteer interviewer on regular basis.
Apart from being fluent in English I am also fluent in Persian and know some basic Italian.
In the 1990's when I began my career in real estate, I was a top performer in my first year. I intend to repeat that with Barfoot & Thompson Stonefields.
I learn and think quickly on my feet so give me a call!
