My real estate philosophy is to provide outstanding service to my clients with enthusiasm, honesty and professionalism.
For more than 25 years I have been selling property, specialising in particular in my local area of South East Auckland. I’ve lived in Pakuranga since 1996. I love the multi-cultural diversity of this fast-growing city and the fact that real estate changes hands a lot, I think means it’s a very desirable area, especially for families. My two children attended primary school and continued their education through to college.
I’ve been surrounded by all things property for most of my life. I learned the importance of maintenance, administration and exemplary client service from my family’s involvement in property management. This also led to an interest in landscaping and gardening which I enjoy in my spare time. We have a couple of chickens at home now and they’re great for keeping the weeds down as well as providing eggs.
Walking on the beautiful eastern beaches is how I relax. I enjoy going to the gym and I like to keep learning. Apart from completing a Diploma in Real Estate, I’m finishing three accounting papers and I love to immerse myself in motivational books.
I immigrated from Fiji 33 years ago and love the life New Zealand has given me and my family. I speak Hindi and a little native Fijian and being a part of the local Indian community gives me the opportunity to communicate with all cultures. I’ve built a great network of referrals and friends.
Wherever I’ve worked in the real estate industry, I’ve earned the Top Salesperson award. I’m happy to have joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Pakuranga. A family-owned company with a great culture and a non-franchised structure gives my clients the benefit of having their property exposed to 1,500+ salespeople all over the Auckland and Northland regions.
