I’ve always been interested in property. Over the past five years I’ve bought, upgraded and on-sold six properties, purchased two rental homes and managed the construction of my home in Albany. Deciding to take up a career in real estate was a great way for me to align the things I am truly passionate about – people and property – with my work life.
I’m an Engineer by degree and I also have a Masters in Business Management. Before working in real estate I worked in a variety of jobs including being a Loan and Credit Officer for one of the largest government banks in the Philippines, an Operations Manager for a retail store in Australia, a sales representative, and inventory controller and a warehouse person.
When combined with my own personal experience in property, this diverse background has armed me with many qualities that are essential to a successful property sale – great negotiation and sales skills, sound financial acumen and an understanding of bank lending criteria. I also offer the added benefit of being able to speak Filipino and a bit of Spanish should my clients require.
I am a person who values integrity, honesty and relationships. I aim to make the sale or purchase of every home as hassle free as possible and to do that I provide every one of my clients with personal and friendly service.
