A terrific result in a challenging market

Thanks to Kevin and Tracey for a great experience selling our property. They got our place on the market really quickly, arranged many open homes and viewings, and ultimately helped me to achieve as swift a sale as possible in a very difficult market. Communication was great, the photos and videos of our property were amazing and helped get lots of viewers and a sale price that I was very happy with, and Kevin was very professional and transparent at all times. He was (and still is) responsive to all my queries, and nothing seemed to be too much bother for him or phased him.
