#10 Individual Salesperson, Central Auckland Region, 6 months ending September 2019
My absolute goal is to build a relationship based upon confidence and trust with every client. Add to that my stellar real estate background plus my 30 years of experience and the unique support network of the 75-plus Barfoot & Thompson offices and the stage is set for your best possible outcome. In short you will get best price with least amount of drama.
My real estate service includes helpful advice and practical assistance. The helpful advice is based on personal experience as a developer, landlord, business owner and a lawyer. You could say that I have “been there, done that”. The practical assistance, to optimise presentation and sale price, takes the form of prompt access to reliable trades and allied marketing services.
I have a professional style that is relaxed, friendly and confident. Never pushy and always considerate. Then, to complete the picture, there is my legal precision and standout perseverance.
I work across a full range of property and localities. Of note, I have even led a marketing team on a trip to Asia to promote a high value Remuera residential development.
A lifetime resident of central Auckland, primarily Remuera and Epsom, I love the local cafes, the walks and the sense of community. I taught at Auckland Grammar for 12 years and appreciate the Grammar ethos.
Interests include Rotary, Probus, Toastmasters and public speaking, charity auctioneering, philosophy/mindfulness (as a student and tutor), French jive (past international competitor) and of course, travel (when possible).
Qualifications are LL.B., B.A. AREINZ, Dip Education and DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster), Licensed Real Estate Agent.

It's always good to have the facts. Especially so if you haven't sold for a while and you may be unfamiliar with the latest processes and standards. You may want a second opinion. The real estate market is a competitive place and no one wants to undersell. Choosing the right salesperson and agency really does matter.
It is my pleasure to recommend Tony Keegan as an excellent and hardworking agent. Tony's diligence meant he was able to secure a good price and he kept me sane with his good humour during the whole process.Susan Jordan
Don't let Tony anywhere near your property, unless you want to sell it. Then he will do a great job. He is a master of every real estate challenge that I can think of, especially the tricky stuff which most agents shy away from. He has done a lot of selling-off-plans for my building company. He's great in deals with wet buildings, leasehold and anything where a high level of technical and legal understanding is required.Craig Berntsen B.Arch.
Over the years Tony has become a trusted business friend. He really knows his stuff and I've lost count of how many real estate deals he's done for Marion and I in the 20 odd years we've known him. For 40 something years I've been a builder, property trader and investor so I've meet all sorts of real estate people in that time. Tony does come across as very friendly and easy to get along with. But at the same time he is probably the best negotiator I know.John and Marion Towers
We enlisted Tony Keegan to sell our property........ and we just wanted to comment on the excellent service he provided throughout. Tony's knowledge, quiet perseverance and positive attitude were instrumental in bringing everything together. We would not hesitate to work with him again".Jason & Natalija James
Tony's care and attention, reliability, trustworthiness and ability to keep us well informed throughout the process was greatly appreciated. We were thrilled with the result and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony to anyone looking for a positive and exceptional real estate experience.Wendy Wood
Mark Jenkins (Rotary club president) on Tony's charity auctioneering to a packed room at the Stamford Plaza in Auckland on the occasion of John Key's state-of-the-nation speech media event on 28 January 2015.
Inspired genius again! Thank you Tony.Mark Jenkins (Rotary club president)
