A sales and marketing professional, Tim has a highly successful track record and more than 25 years sales and customer relationship management experience across a broad range of businesses in New Zealand.
Whilst with Microsoft New Zealand, he received several international and local awards for delivering consistent sales growth and excellent service to his satisfied clients. Prior to that, with Canon New Zealand, he was responsible for significant sales growth with both new and existing customers and for establishing and developing various new business opportunities.
As you know, there are a few significant milestones in a lifetime that can make one feel as though they are starting a new life - such as a new job, a new relationship, having kids, and of course buying a new home.
Tim chose a career in real estate because he wanted to use his past sales and customer relationship experience and success to help people to start their 'new life' chapter. He is now doing something that he really enjoys and is passionate about - a role that makes him want to jump out of bed in the morning, knowing that he can utilise his strong sales and people skills without compromising his strong values, and one that makes him feel that he can make a real difference in people's lives.
Having lived in West Auckland for almost 30 years, Tim loves the area and really appreciates its diverse population, its eclectic mix of cultures, and its stunning natural assets such as the majestic rainforest of the Waitakere Ranges and rugged West Coast beaches. His unstifled enthusiasm for this area helps his clients to achieve maximum values for their homes, and the right home choices for his customers.
With an energetic and enthusiastic 'can do' attitude for everything that he does across a wide range of interests and activities outside of work, and a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, integrity and going out of his way to help people, he can always be relied upon to put his clients and customers first.
