About Teresa Weiss
My experience in real estate sales, management and training sets me apart from the crowd and spans 15 years. I have lived and breathed every real estate conversation, every buyer situation and every auction outcome numerous times, both selling my own listings and sharing in the challenges and supporting the growth of the 1700+ salespeople at Barfoot & Thompson.
My sales career began in 2002 in the Eastern bays area where I built a reputation for action and results. In my first year I was recognised as a top achiever and was approached to coach and mentor others in the industry. Since then I have coached some of New Zealand's top salespeople, supported real estate business owners, and managed Barfoot & Thompson's training team, sharing my knowledge and experience in all areas of the sales process. Now I am very happy to call Barfoot & Thompson Mission Bay home, leading the dynamic sales team in my branch.
I believe my strength is in the psychology of selling and the strategies needed to achieve top results for my clients and my team. This strength also has a way of making the real estate process look easy and has helped hundreds of real estate agents begin their careers.
My knowledge of the process, my ability to negotiate and my understanding of what brings results for clients make me a great mentor. I bring energy and enthusiasm to my team and as a result, Mission Bay has experienced the highest growth in value of sales over the entire company in the past 12 months. Mission Bay Barfoot & Thompson is also home to the "Rising Star of the Year" for the company, and has been awarded 40% of the individual salesperson's awards in the six monthly awards events.
Our most special accolade was being awarded the Top Customer Satisfaction award, an award of which I am particularly proud.
