I could see that this setting was irreplaceable. I have put all the extras I wanted in this home. I enjoy a well maintained home so over the years I have added a new kitchen, dishwasher, HRV, heat pumps as well as paint inside and out with neutral colours. I enjoy the gardens and established trees. I simply love it here. I guess that is why it has taken me several years to make the decision to sell. A heartfelt one I will miss my wonderful neighbours and tight knit street.
