“I offer confidentiality, integrity, service and commitment, adding up to satisfaction for you. If you need advice on any real estate matter, no matter how small, I would like to hear from you. You can be assured of good service and my total dedication at all times."

Sandy Taylor has a long standing passion for real estate that dates back many years. It was Sandy’s undeniable skill for selling and for dealing with people which lead Sandy to complete her Branch Managers in 1998 and move into a management position. However her true passion was working closer the vendors and purchasers so Sandy stepped back into a residential sales persons position.

In 2008 Sandy wanted to work particularly with the elderly, and moved in the Retirement Industry. Sandy was a Sales Manager for 3 ½ years and then moved in to Village Management with a sales component for the last 2 and a half years. After being based on the shore for 6 years, Sandy decided this year to work near her local home patch and returned to Barfoot & Thompson.
While working in the retirement industry Sandy found her knowledge of Real Estate was extremely helpful to the potential residents selling their homes to move into a village.

Sandy is married with three children and three grandsons. Her husband is the Deputy Fire Chief and the Titirangi Station. Her interests include playing golf at the RNZAF base at Whenuapai, local politics, reading and relaxing with family. Sandy is a marriage Celebrant and was appointed a Justice of Peace in 1992. Sandy served 12 years on local council boards up to 2013. Holding such positions as Deputy Chair, being appointed a member of different ad hoc committees. In July 2008 Sandy was elected onto the Portage Licencing Trust of which she is still a member.

Throughout Sandy’s many years in the real estate profession she has developed a reputation for success and dedication.

As a born and bred local who attended Owairaka Primary, Wesley Intermediate and Avondale College, Sandy has an in-depth knowledge and many contacts in the area.
