Barfoot & Thompson Get Seen Get Sold Cash Back Promotion Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the $2,025 cashback: 

  • Your property must be listed exclusively with Barfoot & Thompson participating branch (Māngere, Manukau, Manurewa, Ōtāhuhu, Papakura or Papatoetoe) under a sole agency agreement
  • Your agency agreement must be signed between 8:00am on 14 July 2025 and 12:00pm on 30 November 2025.
  • Your listing must include a full marketing package that meets the required Minimum Spend for your property’s value. 
  • The cashback for this promotion will be paid when the property becomes unconditional.

The branch manager will confirm to you that your listing qualifies for the $2,025 cashback (subject to sale of the property) at the time of listing.

Excluded listings:

The following listings do not qualify for the $2,025 cashback:

  • Listings with an already agreed commission discount.
  • Listings that don’t meet the minimum marketing spend. 

Payment terms:
The cashback will be paid by way of a discount of $2,025 on your commission once the property sells unconditionally.

Minimum Spend:

The Minimum Spend referred to in the qualifying criteria is set out in the table below.

Home staging and compliance costs don’t count toward the minimum spend.

The minimum spend must be paid up front and in full by you.
