Barfoot & Thompson’s primary focus is on the Auckland and Northland property markets. Focusing on one geographic location ensures that we know the Auckland property market better than any other New Zealand real estate company. The current market share for the company is 40% in Auckland and Northland which means that one in three houses in Auckland is sold by Barfoot & Thompson.

I gained a Bachelor’s degree of Economic Law from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics in China and I have also completed a Graduated Diploma in Tertiary Teaching and Learning. Prior to real estate, my work experience was in the field of customer service. Very quickly I learned the value of excellent service and its importance when building a good rapport with my clients.

I’ve lived on the Shore since 2001, when I first arrived in New Zealand. I’ve come to know the area very well. I joined the real estate industry in 2015 and from day one, my skills have grown. I quickly build a rapport with my clients and patiently lead them through the buying or selling process. I am always looking ahead to helping my client achieve their goals. From previous work experience I honed my negotiating skills, very necessary when a deal is ready for the final signatures.
