*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Your property must be listed exclusively with Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe, Tuakau or Pokeno under a sole agency agreement.
• Your agency agreement must be signed between 8:00am on 1 September 2026 and 12pm on 31 October 2026.
• Your listing must include a full marketing package with a minimum value of $2,026.
• In addition, if you partake in the auction event on 15 October 2026, you not only get $2026 back, but we'll also waive your auction fee.
• Your property must sell unconditionally while under agency with Barfoot & Thompson, on or before 31 December 2026.
• The branch manager will confirm to you that your listing qualifies for the $2,026 cashback offer (subject to sale of the property) at the time of listing.
EXCLUDED LISTINGS:
The following listings do not qualify for the $2,026 cashback offer:
• Listings with an already agreed commission discount.
• Listings that do not meet the minimum marketing spend of $2,026.
PAYMENT TERMS:
• The $2,026 cashback bonus will be paid by way of a discount of $2,026 on your commission once the property sells unconditionally.
• For the avoidance of doubt, if the property fails to sell unconditionally while under a qualifying Barfoot & Thompson agency, the cashback will not be payable.
OTHER TERMS:
• Marketing costs must be paid in full by you (the vendor) prior to the commencement of any marketing activity by Barfoot & Thompson.
• Home staging and compliance costs don’t count toward the $2,026 marketing campaign spend.
