We manage a diverse portfolio, ranging from high rise offices in central Auckland and Newmarket, to shopping centres in Royal Oak, Meadowbank and Victoria Park. 

Across Auckland, we manage over 90 office, retail and industrial properties. Our clients include private family investors, international investors, city councils, and private institutions, many of whom have been with us for years.


We manage a large retail investment portfolio throughout the Auckland region - from neighbourhood shopping centres like Meadowbank Mall, the Rialto Centre on Broadway, Newmarket and Royal Oak Mall, to a variety of standalone stores like Richmond Road Countdown, specialist developments in the retail sector, and medical centre developments. 

We act for a number of large commercial body corporates, private investors and institutional investors, offering a wide range of services depending on the client's requirements. Some of the larger developer and investor groups regularly seek our advice when they are either embarking on a new development project, or during a due diligence exercise investigating a purchase opportunity.

Our portfolio is spread throughout Auckland, with our CBD 'jewel in the crown' the iconic Dilworth Building on the corner of Queen and Custom Streets, and our suburban jewel the four-level Aurecon House at 139 Carlton Gore Road.
