The rental market eased in June as seasonal activity slowed over winter, but renter demand remains stronger than this time last year.
Enquiries down 10.9% from May, but up 18.0% year-on-year.
Property viewings down 9.7% month-on-month, but up 17.9% year-on-year.
Rental applications down 6.1% from May, but up 17.6% compared to June 2025."While we've seen a decline in activity recently, enquiries, property viewings and applications remain well ahead of last year, telling us that renters are still engaged with the market," says General Manager Property Management, Anil Anna.
