In real estate, I meet new people every day. Sitting down with them and discovering what makes them tick, suits me perfectly. It helps me stay motivated and I find I accomplish such a lot on a daily basis.
Barfoot & Thompson, a non-franchised privately-owned real estate company, allows any of the company’s 1,700+ salespeople to introduce buyers and share information on any property that is listed, without regional restrictions. This increases the reach of property campaigns and creates a scale of competition which is very beneficial for every client. They support all who work for them with amazing marketing and branding.
Prior to real estate, I was a sales rep for my family business. I learned the value of in-depth knowledge of the product, listening skills, polite persistence and importantly, the value of being tech-savvy. All of these traits have helped make me an effective and professional salesperson today.
Auckland is the largest city in the North Island. Its diversity makes our city a more interesting place to live with endless opportunities. I grew up in South Auckland and know the area well. The many places of interest such as Rainbow’s End and the Auckland Botanic Gardens make it a popular choice for families. The area also contains not only the Auckland Airport, but also the industrial heartland of Auckland with workshops, factories and warehouses providing work for many Aucklanders.
Playing football for the local teams is something I really enjoy as well as socialising with friends and I’m into all sorts of cars.
My personal aim is to be good and do good in terms of helping people in need. I speak Fijian Indian as well as English and my real estate motto is ‘moving a square metre at a time’.
Call or email me at Barfoot & Thompson Papatoetoe and we’ll plan your real estate move, a square metre at a time!
