Auckland’s rental market held steady through November, with average weekly rent rising just $1.28 (0.2%) from October and $6.13 (0.9%) year-on-year. Three-bedroom homes were the standout, climbing 1.4% year-on-year and surpassing $700 per week for the first time.
Enquiries: 23,644 - down 6.5% from October but 20% above November 2024.
Rental applications: Just under 3,000 - up 6.5% year-on-year.
Average Auckland weekly rent: Up 0.2% month-on-month and 0.9% year-on-year.
