Barfoot & Thompson has achieved an historic result at the 2025–2026 International Property Awards, becoming the first real estate agency in the world to secure three global titles in the same year. At the IPA event in London, we were recognised as:

• Best International Real Estate Agency Over 20 Offices
• Best International Lettings / Rentals Agency
• Best International Real Estate Agency Marketing

This unprecedented triple win recognises the strength of our sales network, the professionalism of our property management teams and the creativity and effectiveness of our marketing across the business.

It also followed earlier results at the 2025–2026 Asia Pacific International Property Awards, where Barfoot & Thompson secured four Five-Star Awards:

ILANZ Awards 2024

The ILANZ Awards celebrate the in-house legal profession’s leadership and excellence in the provision of legal services in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Our Legal & Compliance team, led by Lisa Gerrard, were awarded the 2024 In-house Innovation Award for their innovative use of matter management and reporting software, and for piloting an AI branch enquiry solution.
