930 sales - down 9.9% on September but still a solid month of trading

25% of all sales were under $750,000
While buyer caution remains, the market appears to have reached a sound price base heading into the summer season with growing confidence. Affordable townhouses and apartments continue to shape the city’s housing mix, and new listings rose strongly to 2,167 - up 21.7% from September
