💥 1,262 sales - up 60.8% month-on-month (highest in 5 years)
💰 Average price reached $1,176,572 - up 16% from last month
Buyers are looking beyond short-term economic noise and moving forward with their property plans, a strong signal of confidence in the market’s medium-term future.
