Barfoot & Thompson Summit 2026: Winning is just the beginning

A win is never the finish line. It’s the start of what we do next.

Centred around the theme “Winning is just the beginning,” Barfoot & Thompson Summit 2026 brought our people together for an afternoon of inspiring speakers, honest conversations, fresh ideas and plenty of moments to reflect on what’s next.

Hosted by MC Brendan Dooley, the day featured speakers Holly Ransom, Brad Olsen, Samantha McLean and Lou Vincent, who shared their insights, experiences and personal stories. A panel discussion facilitated by Henry Barfoot added to the conversation, while representatives from Auckland FC and the Northern Mystics joined us for the day, bringing their trophies along too.

From a high-energy opening performance to wellness spaces to conversations on and off the stage, Summit was an opportunity for our people to celebrate our successes, learn from one another and look towards the opportunities ahead.

For Barfoot & Thompson, winning has never been about one moment or one result. It’s about the standards we set every day, the work our people do and the way we continue to show up for our clients and communities.
