Barfoot & Thompson has made history and has been recognised among the very best in the world at the recent International Property & Hotel Awards in London, securing not one, not two, but three international awards - a first for any real estate agency.
Following its success as Asia-Pacific regional winner, Barfoot & Thompson advanced to compete on the global stage against leading agencies from around the world.
The final brought together top property professionals from across the globe to celebrate excellence across the industry.
The 2025-2026 awards cycle attracted a record number of entries, particularly from the Asia-Pacific region, making this one of the most competitive years in the Awards’ history.
At the International Property & Hotel Awards final, Barfoot & Thompson was recognised as the best in the world for:
Best International Real Estate Agency Over 20 Offices (Winner)- Best International Lettings/Rentals Agency (Winner)
- Best International Real Estate Agency Marketing (Winner)
- Best International Single Office Agency (Finalist)
This is the first time any real estate company has secured three international awards in a single year, underscoring Barfoot & Thompson’s breadth of capability across sales, property management, and marketing.
