April brought a seasonal pause to Auckland’s housing market, with activity easing from March’s peak but remaining steady overall.
"With global uncertainty, fuel costs and broader economic pressures still in the background, conditions favour well-prepared sellers and well-advised buyers,” said Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Barfoot & Thompson.
