The New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4), also known as the Salesperson qualification, runs over 16 weeks and will equip you with the knowledge to begin your career in real estate, helping clients buy and sell property.

Prerequisites

You will need to complete the 'REINZ Introduction to Real Estate" online course, please click on the link to register: REINZ Introduction to Real Estate

For licensing purposes, the NZQA qualification document must be read in conjunction with the Real Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulations 2009.

To be eligible for course entry:

  • Learners must be 18 years of age
  • Work-based learners must be employed in the industry and supported by the workplace 
  • Must have an International English Language score of 5.5 for Literacy and Numeracy.

Click the 'Register now' button to secure your spot and make payment. You will then be directed to the online enrolment form, which you will need to complete to confirm your enrolment.

As part of your enrolment in the course, you will also need to provide the following documentation:

A verified copy of your NZ passport or birth certificate
or;
A verified copy of your overseas passport or birth certificate and a copy of your NZ Resident Class Visa
