In the 12 months to January 2022, we sold over $1.18B worth of lifestyle/rural property, with sales in this space continuing to grow. More than 120 accredited rural and lifestyle salespeople based out of 17 branches – from Northland down to Tuakau – specialise in rural sales. This is supported by our overall strength in the Auckland market – around one in three Auckland homes are sold by us.
