#9= Property Management Team, to end March 2025

I love meeting new people and helping them maximise their property options. In my role as Property Manager at Barfoot & Thompson Greenlane, I take the job of finding tenants, handling property maintenance, conducting rental appraisals and offering guidance in order to optimise returns, very seriously.

Prior to property management, I worked in administration. As the HR and customer services specialist for a consulting and construction company, I learned the importance of efficient working methods and understanding clients' needs. A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are key to building trust with people. Accuracy with numbers comes from my background in accounting and finance.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy travelling, dancing and painting and exploring the diverse aspects of life at yoga workshops.

I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese.
