With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, I bring in-depth expertise in residential development from land acquisition and feasibility studies through to planning, design and execution. My background in both architectural design and property development means I can help clients unlock the full potential of their property, whether it's a large-scale subdivision, a new build or a complex renovation.

In 2002, I moved to New Zealand from China. I graduated with a degree in Spatial Design from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT), and over the past decade I’ve worked as an architectural designer and project manager for multiple firms in both New Zealand and China.

Outside of real estate, I’m a naturally curious and outgoing person who enjoys travel and cultivating tropical plants.
