What I like about the real estate industry is that it's an ever-changing market. Constant transitional and new trends mean that as a salesperson, you're always adapting to different circumstances which I find very exciting.
I have a Bachelor of Agriculture in Forest Science from Kook-min University, Seoul, Korea, and prior to real estate I worked in a management role in the forestry industry. I also established a high quality cleaning company providing services specialised for landlords, tenants, commercial businesses and real estate salespeople. This was a good introduction to the industry for me.
Auckland's natural beauty is what I really love about the city and the fact that no matter where I've lived I am never far from the sea. You can enjoy international cultural experiences all around Auckland without needing your passport.
The power of the Barfoot & Thompson brand is what attracted me to New Zealand's largest privately owned real estate company. There are no exclusive sales areas, greater exposure provides more buyer competition, all of which will ultimately bring a greater result for you.
When I'm not working I like to spend time with my wife and son and I truly believe that a positive attitude leads to a happier, healthier life.
My strengths are planning and implementing marketing campaigns. If negotiating skills are required I am very good at thinking on my feet and sealing the deal.
If you are looking to buy or thinking of selling I would welcome your call to begin the process.
