From the moment I arrived in New Zealand from China in 2002, I have loved the life here. I love the people, the culture and especially the food. I was a professional chef for more than 10 years so my standards are high! I moved to Browns Bay on the Shore where I’ve been living for 20 years. It’s such a friendly, relaxed community and the diversity of cultures has made me feel at home. There’s something for everyone here – the beach, cafés and restaurants, a library, gyms, townhouses, apartments, retirement apartments and school zones for all levels.

I have a Bachelor of Economics and you’ll be getting the idea that food is a big part of my life. I completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts at AUT and prior to moving into real estate, I ran a restaurant in Albany for three years. I live with my lovely wife, our three-year old daughter and our dog Mia. Sport, travelling, music and of course cooking for family and friends are activities I enjoy in my life outside of work.
