Originally from Hong Kong, I bring a diverse background to my role as Senior Property Manager at Barfoot & Thompson Glenfield. Having attended high school and lived in the vibrant North Shore area for over 30 years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the local community and its special qualities.

My expertise includes tenant screening and selection, tenancy agreements, rent collection and tenancy mediation. I strive to maintain high occupancy rates by providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing tenant and landlord concerns.

Additionally, I am proficient in marketing properties, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and overseeing renovations.

I hold a Bachelor of Business degree from Massey University, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles and management practices.

I speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My strong organisational and communication skills allow me to effectively liase with contractors, vendors, and property owners, ensuring smooth operations and maximising property value. I stay updated on current industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver optimal results.
