About Anna Gibbons

Anna started her career in 2006 in Perth, Western Australia, before moving back to New Zealand and joining Barfoot & Thompson in Browns Bay in 2010​.

She holds honesty and integrity in high regard and takes pride in working for a family owned business that holds firm to its values.

Anna is highly focused and her knowledge, professionalism and communication skills, mean she can offer the same great service to tenants and landlords alike. Since joining the Barfoot team, Anna with her friendly and approachable manner has developed many strong relationships with tenants, property owners & tradespeople. Over the past couple of years, Anna Gibbons from Barfoots Browns Bay office has been my Property Portfolio Manager. During this period I have received exceptional service from Anna.
Living abroad as I do, it is fundamental that I have an outstanding Portfolio Manager to oversee the care and attention of my rental property. I have complete trust in Anna; she does a remarkable job and has given me peace of mind.
I think that in matters pertaining to property, the main link is communication at all levels. Anna is just brilliant at "keeping me in the picture". She emails me as soon as issues arise on the property, plus when I receive my routine property reports, Anna helps with any problems that may have developed, calling in reliable tradespeople when necessary to deal with required maintenance. She then follows it up before reporting back to me. Her suggestions are always practicable and most acceptable.
Anna also communicates extremely well with the tenant in my property, this makes for a harmonious landlord/tenant situation.
