Before working in this sector, I gained a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and spent 10 years in retail customer services, five of which were in a management position. During this time, I developed solid business information management, sales and marketing skills and performed numerous character reference checks.

I pride myself on my strong service orientation, my friendly, energetic and trustworthy nature and the passion I put into my work.
