I have had the pleasure of meeting both Chanelle and Vicky on two separate occasions when going to home viewings. At both interactions, both ladies were very warm and welcoming, were approachable and easy to talk with, and answered some queries that I had with ease. I am currently looking for a home for my family to rent, and the traits that these ladies have are rare; I have been to many viewings in West Auckland and majority of realtors are rude, uninviting, and made me and my husband feel like we were not really welcome.

i. I initially contacted Barfoot & Thompson for a rental appraisal, when we were buying our second home; they came back with a realistic appraisal the next day that helped us in securing our mortgage.
ii. Later, Chanelle patiently explained the process to us, as it was our first experience tenanting our home.
iii. Chanelle again helped us get a rent that was fair for the market at that time.
iv. Suggested better tenants and the rationale behind it.
v. When the first tenants vacated, helped finding new tenants.
vi. Whenever we had any maintenance, they found tradies and coordinated with the tenants and handled such jobs professionally.
