I lead the Property Management division of Barfoot & Thompson Glenfield. I’m proud to say I was recently honoured with “Property Manager of the Year” at the company’s annual awards, and the Glenfield branch was awarded the #1 placing for Property Management for both the North Shore region as well as the company as a whole.
In the last two years at the Glenfield Branch, I have been instrumental in driving explosive growth, increasing the number of managements by 50% and improving revenue by 33%. This success is built on a client-centric approach that focuses on delivering outstanding results for my property owners.
I have property and commerce degrees from the University of Auckland, I founded and ran several businesses and held customer-focused roles at Auckland Council, as well as being the marketing manager for a well-known Auckland restaurant. These challenging self-directed roles equipped me with the skills and mind-set to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines. Both essential attributes for working in property management.
Having now spent over a decade in the industry, I understand the pressures that can be involved with property investment – never fear, I have a passion for solving complex problems and exceeding expectations.
Call me at Barfoot & Thompson Glenfield. The team and I know our stuff, and are here to help!
