I firmly believe that great property management is built on consistency, care and clear communication.
I take pride in being someone landlords and tenants can rely on, someone who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while always looking ahead.
Before joining Barfoot & Thompson St Heliers, I managed a private portfolio of residential properties. This experience gave me a strong foundation in tenancy management, financial oversight and property maintenance - skills I now use every day to support clients here in the Eastern Bays.
I’m currently completing the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and am a member of the Residential Property Managers Association of New Zealand. Staying current with legislation and industry best practice is important to me—because I know it matters to the people I work with.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I’m known for being calm under pressure, detail-focused and solutions-driven - always aiming to resolve issues efficiently while keeping everyone informed and supported.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through tennis and hiking - two great ways to recharge and keep a clear mind.
For me, property management isn’t just about maintaining homes - it’s about building trust, creating value and supporting the communities we live and work in.
