Jane was a real pleasure to deal with for our properties. In 2013, I bought my first rental property in Manurewa. The people who sold me the property gave me a Property Manager and my experience with that Property Manager was not very nice. The property was so badly managed, the house was badly damaged and I didn't receive rent for a couple of weeks. Luckily when I approached Jane and asked her to take over, things suddenly changed. The property was checked every three months and Jane would give me a full report with all the photos. Any problem with a house, she would deal with that straightaway and I did not have to wait for her.

What impressed me was when I went to see my tenants without her. They had such great respect for Jane. Whatever she asked them to do they would do it. All thanks to her.

Last year I sold the property in Manurewa and bought a new one in Howick. Jane found me such a great tenant, one to dream about. She is always approachable, understands all my needs. Jane is looking after my sister's property as well. Four times she has found amazing tenants for her property.
