I am a portfolio manager at Barfoot & Thompson Meadowlands, a branch which has one of the company's top performing property management divisions.

My background includes being the owner/operator of a café, as well as experience in a wide range of customer service and marketing roles. I've also acquired a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from the University of Auckland.

Through my studies and practical hands-on business experience, I've developed excellent customer service and negotiation skills, the ability to plan and execute effective promotions, and to manage conflict.

My tenants appreciate my ability to solve their problems quickly, while my landlords appreciate my ability to do it at a competitive cost and with minimum disruption to them. I'm also able to speak fluent English and Mandarin, and understand Cantonese, which allows me to work with a broad client base.
