Property Management is a dynamic and ever-changing industry, where no two days are the same. Each day presents new challenges and endless opportunities. As a committed Property Manager, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to my landlords and tenants to ensure both parties are satisfied and getting what they should out of their investment or property that they call home.
I thoroughly enjoy being privileged enough to manage a unique range of properties all around Auckland and come equipped with a focus on maximising value while maintaining long-term business relationships. My expertise includes handling leasing processes such as screening potential tenants and placing them in suitable homes, conducting regular routine property inspections to align with insurance requirements, coordinating maintenance with trusted contractors, and keeping up to date with new compliance regulations.
I pride myself on having excellent communication skills and my proactive approach to issues that arise by being solutions-focused. My journey into the industry began by being lucky enough to be accepted into a cadetship based at our Support Centre branch where I was taught all aspects of property management in line with current legislation and best industry practice. I was also able to develop interpersonal skills which I use daily to ensure I am offering the best possible service to my landlords and tenants.
Living in Mission Bay and St Heliers for over 10 years now, I have been lucky enough to call this area home. In the summer you will catch me down at beach paddle boarding and in winter I’ll be making the most of the many restaurants and cafes the Bays have to offer.
