#6 Individual Salesperson, Commercial, 6 months ending September 2020

After 15 years in the real estate industry, I am still passionate about commercial property.  The skills I’ve gathered over that time and my work ethic, create successful outcomes for my clients.

Prior to joining Barfoot & Thompson, I worked in a large multi-national commercial real estate company and completed significant transactions in the Auckland market including the sale of a $65 million dollar property.

Identifying opportunities and negotiating complex transactions are my strengths and invariably lead to a positive result for my clients. I sell across all commercial market sectors for both domestic and international clients.

I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese which assists greatly when communicating with the influential Asian investor market within New Zealand and overseas.

I’ve travelled widely and I believe this experience has helped me to understand people and create on-going connections.
