A bit about Richard & Marianne Pearce:We have worked together in real estate for close to 15 years, with the last 12 years at Barfoot & Thompson Albany. As long-term East Coast Bay residents we have an intimate knowledge of the residential areas on the North Shore and lifestyle areas in lower Rodney.

Prior to making our home in New Zealand, we lived in South Africa and Richard’s career included eight years as Owner/Manager of a manufacturing and retail business, 10 years in the marketing and project teams of Sappi Fine Papers, an MBA year and an initial six years as a research chemist during which time he obtained MSc and PhD degrees. Marianne is a qualified teacher.

A bit about Cleo Zhang:A local to the North shore community since 2003, Cleo loves the lifestyle and particularly enjoys introducing people to property in the area. Cleo’s studies equipped her with a good understanding of marketing and business, and a career in sales and customer service honed her people and communication skills.

Cleo is very perceptive, has a deep understanding of people and their motivations and is a sharp negotiator.

Cleo has been a successful salesperson at Barfoot & Thompson Albany for seven years, and has been a key member of our team for the past five years.
