About Penny Clover
Working in the highly successful Beachlands Property Management team, Penny Clover prides herself on delivering efficient and exceptional customer service to her clients. She has been in the real estate industry for several years, working as the Property Management Assistant.
Penny grew up around the building industry, her Father having owned his own building business. This early exposure has given Penny the ability to put herself in the shoes of many different types of clients. Whether she is dealing with landlords and tenants, she is able to understand multiple points of view and liaise to produce the best possible outcome.
This combined with her excellent telephone manner, efficient time management skills, and her ability to form long and lasting relationships with clients, puts her in an ideal position to offer support to the busy team. Her high quality levels of service have received her much acclaim from both landlords and tenants.
Penny has worked in the past as a senior clerk, a PA and in project management roles. Through these roles she has learnt important organisation skills that she now carries over to her Property Management role. She also holds a Private Secretary’s Certificate and a qualification in Business Administration.
In her spare time, Penny enjoys getting involved in her local community with her family. Whether it is football, touch rugby, or Sea Scouts, Penny can often be found holding the oranges on the side-line!
