Since 1992, I have worked in the local real estate industry. Over that time I have been involved in the negotiation of thousands of transactions. Combined, the value calculates to many millions of dollars of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, as a manager, salesperson and auctioneer.

I have been recognized by both the REA and REINZ as one of the leading advocates for the industry. My opinion on real estate matters is regularly sought by the local media including newspapers and radio. I am also an approved training provider of continuing professional development for the Real Estate Authority.

Prior to real estate, I travelled the world and worked in Europe as an International Tour Manager. I came to New Zealand to marry a Kiwi and never returned. I have long since settled into Howick society with houses, mortgages, school boards and all the trappings of civilized society. Apart from having served in several local community clubs as President, Chairman and Spokesman, I love to speak at local events and call charity auctions. Also, just to keep my hand in, assist in selling the odd property.

In no particular order, my interests include business, global politics, classical history, philosophy, economics, football, French culture and having fun in the great outdoors with the family.
